Let's give yourself some fresh positive habits.! 


Just give a little push to yourself towards good habits.! our habits matters, it plays very important role in our regular life.! For example the small decision or action we do in our daily life are called habits.good and nice habits take us towards good & healthy life and bad habits take us nowhere.Sometime bad habits becomes harmful for us and give us negative results.! 
it's not a big deal to develop some good habits.! all you have to do is try to apply in your daily life at-least for 30 mints.! it won't take very long.! and if you can do more than 30 mints. so you're very dedicated. 

Some fresh & positive habits we can apply very easily.!

Book reading.!

 Books are our best friends.! and developing book reading habit is the best.! it has lot of advantages.! like,
it improves our reading skills.!
improves our focus & concentration ability.! 
gains our knowledge power.!
gives us new idea.!
it gives wings to our creativity & imagination power.!
the more you read more you become wise & successful.
just give it a try.

Walking.!

  
when can't run. try to walk, walking is really good for our health.! morning or evening not matter at what time but going out for a walk is really good idea.! take your kid and dog, with you or alone no matter.! but go for a walk! if you can't go outside. try to walk on treadmill.!
walking will give you health benefits for sure.!
just give it a try & develop this habit.!  

News reading.! 

Newspaper reading is really good habit. it keep us updated.! we can find out very easily
what's going on our surroundings and in this world. This paper has lots of news which are always related to us.! so try to read news paper every day.

Avoid keep using cell phones.! 

Nowadays cell phone became very important for all of us. This device has made our work easier. But It comes with disadvantages also. We became so addicted of this device. Especially at early morning time when we wake up, first thing what we do is we start using this device we starts checking messages. Emails. And other applications. Which is not good for us. so try to Avoid using phone especially early in the morning.!

Meditation.!

Meditation is art of mindfulness and focusing which improves with regular practicing.where an individual close eyes and try to focus on his breaths. this art improves with regular practice.
meditation improves our lifestyle and it has lots of health benefits also.!
Improves our concentration power.!
Reduce our stress level.!
Create's positivity 
Makes us relax and clam.!
Improves our brain function.! etc.

So let's try to build some good habits.!

There is no schedule or timetable that we all must follow, it's all made up, where ever you are right now is exactly where you need to be.! seven billion people can't do everything in exactly the same scheduled order. we are all different with variety of needs and goals. some get married at all. what is early ? what is late ? what is compared with whom ? compared with what ? some want children . other don't.! some want a career,  other side someone want to enjoy taking care of a house and kids. Someone becomes rich in age of 20 and it takes 20 years to get rich to someone.
